Situated just a block from the beach and downtown Seaside, you’ll find yourself within easy walking distance of over 35 shops and restaurants. This home offers multiple outdoor spaces where the family can relax and unwind, and amazing indoor spaces, as well. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a large fenced yard and an inviting Adirondack seating area, complete with a fountain just steps from the front door. Inside, a foyer opens to four bedrooms on the first floor. The first is a king primary suite, complete with a private ensuite bathroom, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dresser. The king room opens to the front, wrap-around porch with an outdoor swing- a sweet place to chill and take in the great outdoors. The second bedroom is a queen room, featuring a flat-screen TV, dresser, and its ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom, also a queen, shares a full hall bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo, near the fourth bedroom, also featuring a queen bed. Head upstairs to the renovated, open, airy, second level, which boasts an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings. A tasteful, modern, fully equipped kitchen offers bar seating for four and stainless steel appliances. Next to the kitchen, a dining table for seven provides a lovely space for family meals, next to a smaller table for the kids, and an additional seating area for two.
