The kitchen had a wonderful layout and the bathrooms were recently remodeled. Our only disappointment was the beds seemed smaller than Queen-sized and the master bed was fairly uncomfortable. The mattress quality did not match the quality of the rest of the cottage and the price point. We were so close to the beach, pool, walking trails, restaurants, and shops! The private beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, even though we were there at a peak time! Our son proposed to his girlfriend right there on the beach while we were there! A very special memory and a very memorable trip! The house was beautiful and so charming! We had everything we needed. We loved the screened-in porch and outdoor shower too! We will definitely be coming again! Perfect location, easy access to the town square, restaurants, the beach & pool. I highly recommend you rent enough bikes for your stay in advance and do not rent a golf cart. We learned you are not allowed to have a golf cart, while staying in Seaside, unless medically necessary. Be sure to order your beach chairs in advance as well. The check in & out process was great, super friendly staff.
