Seagrove Retreat with Private Pool near Seaside, Shopping, & Beach

Spend your 30A getaway between the beach and your own backyard pool at this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home in Seagrove. It sleeps up to 11 and includes two bunk beds, an open living area, balcony access, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beach access is at the end of the street, and the home is less than a mile from the beach. After a day out, cool off in the pool or grill in the fenced backyard. Pool heating may be requested seasonally for an additional charge. Seaside is about 2.7 miles away.
1. Home Appearance
Bikes, bike trailers, and golf carts should be properly stored or otherwise secured underneath the home. We prefer you leave them underneath the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies.
2. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception.
3. Parties and Social Gatherings
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
4. Noise
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am.
5. Trash
Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup.
6. Access
The only entrance provided to the home is through the front door with access code. Remember the door will lock behind you, make sure to have codes on you at all times to avoid being locked out.
