Hide a bed still had used sheet on and the bagged blankets in the closet were also not clean. King bed I felt itchy so I checked the linen, it wasnt clean lint and hair. Room had a smell that lingered. Whispering and glaring as I mentioned it should somehow be posted on third party sites. Room was very nice and huge but it was situated buy the kitchen room and we were woken up at 5 am to hearing carts and loud banging from the staff preparing for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and showed empathy that the room was not ready for us, the male working the front desk kept us occupied with small talk to pass the time while we waited which was nice of him. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. Bed and pillows were comfortable. No issues and great as usual. The hot breakfast was excellent and I mean hot. It also have great selections and fresh. I checked in around 7:00 pm, the front desk staffs were friendly and made you feel welcomed the minute they see you. Instead I was disappointed by the morning staffs who didn't acknowledge their guests first thing in the morning with a smile and good morning. At least that how I was trained when I worked at the hotel.They appeared to be lazy by leaning against the back counter and ignored their guests totally.
