“I enjoyed the mineral pools very much. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, with fast service. The only negative is that I booked a two night stay, but had a medical emergency and left early the morning after arrival, and when I asked hotel staff if I could be re-embursed for the next night, they told me they couldn't do anything, i had to contact Expedia. When I did that, Expedia said they tried contacting the hotel and couldn't get ahold of them. I was eventually told I wouldnt be……

“The family room was awesome for my bday party and had plenty of space. The two pool areas are incredible and having a pool, waterside and hot tub make for the perfect evening! I also really enjoyed the 4pm check in and 11am check out as it left me with plenty of time to pack up.”

“They were renovating the hotel and painting right next to our room while we had a baby.. would have been better to shut down one wing at a time and paint it while there are no guests. The sauna did not work for a couple hours while we stayed there. My key card stopped working at 11:55 even though check out was not until 12:00 while I was trying to grab the rest of the baby items from my room. I was also charged $5 for parking, but never informed of this until check out and even then no one said……

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”
