“Pros were:Clean, location was great. Cons were:Small, no windows, ant issues, and rusty water”

“Excellent!”

“I rented this for a manager training at our SD location. It was a great fit for our needs. Great location, great unit and working with the host was easy. Communication was excellent. Would rent from them again”

“This was our third visit to this wonderful property. As previously noted, it is in a fantastic location-walkable to nearly everywhere. The unit itself is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. As we continue to return, I think that says it all.”

“Ideal location. Great value for money. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Good location, nice comfortable apartment. Only Issue we had was getting up and down those stairs from the sleeping/bathroom area to the living/kitchen area. But I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Great place to stay in Coronado! Clean, comfortable. The host were helpful with extras we needed. Dog friendly was a huge plus. We biked or walked everywhere, barely got in our car the whole month.”

“Responsive communication, very good location and pictures are accurate.”

“I loved the location. Close to stores restaurants and beaches. Everything was very clean. Rory was very quick to respond when I had a question. Would love to come again”

“This place is misleading at best. After an hour late check-in, there was no key and the cleaners had to let us in.The place isn't as advertised, with bed arrangements not matching the description and significantly outdated photos. It's incredibly rundown and worn, and the only saving grace is the location.Avoid, especially for the cost.”

“Great location in Little Italy. Upkeep of the property could be a little better. TV remotes (satellite/cable) were disgusting and batteries were dead. Replace them with new remotes. Better instructions for TV operation a must. Great property, just needs a little more attention to make this a 5 star rental.”

“Cute, modern place in Little Italy. Close to lots of eateries and nightlife. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The property was spotless and very comfortable for two people. It’s also nicely decorated, has the appliances you need as well as the pots & pans & dishes you might want. We were there without a car, so we especially liked the fact that we could easily walk to the grocery store and several other stores and restaurants. We plan on returning to the property in the Fall.”

“Nice property, great cityscape views.”
