  • Cozy 2 bedroom downstairs unit with private yard and parking, located 2 blocks from the beach, close to Water Park Fun!! 4 BEACH BADGES during stay. Bedroom 1 has a full bed, Bedroom 2 has a twin. Living room has comfortable sofa and smart TV. Amenities include central air, wifi, washer/dryer, coffee maker, grill, two parking lots. Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking , No Party, small Pet ok with fee, Age 25+. Closet in one of bedroom has A/C equip, but there is a closet in hallway. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Ring video doorbell on front yard as required by the city.
