“Erick was great with communication. We even changed our check in time with no trouble. The stairs were scary, and the parking was definitely not ideal-but it was free parking off the street. The building itself is old (most places to stay are around there), so I appreciated the bathroom was newer and updated. Oh - the deck! It was a wonderful bonus for us; nothing beats those nighttime summer breezes.”

“Highlights: close to beach, comes with a parking spot and 4 beach passes, has a small kitchen and full-sized frig. Could use improvement: the checkin process requires in-person meeting, so there’s a need to coordinate- manager was great at answering texts though. The kitchen needs a bit more attention if you are really going to cook (dish towel, oven glove, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, paper towels maybe?). That said, we did successfully cook. Bed spread had questionable stains…. Overall……

Perfect quaint apartment steps away from the boardwalk & beach…the apartment was immaculate & decorated beautifully with so many little extras. “I spent the weekend with our adult children. The space is clean, new, spacious and cozy. Everyone had their own room, but able to all hang out with plenty of space in the living/ kitchen area. Having 2 bathrooms with 7 ppl was essential. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, without being intrusive. I will absolutely book here again. The location is perfect. Across from the center of boardwalk, but a block away so it’s quiet. I highly recommend.”

“The apartment was exactly as pictured. Everything is very modern, clean and relaxing. Had everything we needed. We did cook some dinners and lunches and the full-size kitchen is perfect for that as well as the full size refrigerator. Although everything is provided as mentioned in the listing since we were two teenage girls, and a mom, we did need extra bath towels. Owners provide towels but we prefer using multiple towels and bath sheets so that’s just a personal preference. The beach and the……

“This home was perfect for our week stay. You can see the boardwalk from the home. Just a walk away. It was a bit too cold to fully enjoy it though. Jeannie was a great host. Thank you! Until next year!”

“The house was clean and bright. It has everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the boardwalk. Very quiet neighborhood despite being in such close proximity to everything. E we can’t say anything negative about the property! Awesome!”

“This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and all kinds of stuff to do. The outdoor area is so nice, and the place is the perfect fit for our family of 4! Plus the kids (ages 6 and 4) love the trundle beds. The beach tags and the two parking spaces are the icing on the cake! We’re already looking forward to our return!”

“Stayed 2 nights and from booking to leaving all was smooth . Location is perfect. Close enough you don’t have drive to anything but a good distance away from the noise . Property is clean and adorable Owners communicate wonderfully and are helpful . I had a situation where my daughter locked the keys In The house . Due to distance they could t make it to come open the door but offered to pay a portion of locksmith fee even though it was my mistake . Would definitely stay there again”

“Location is great. Hair dryer, mirror, and shower needs were great. I would recommend a multi-hook towel rack on the bathroom door, as there is not enough hooks for wet towels, and also, an extra towel, pillow and blanket. The air-conditioning was wonderful. Also, as 4 seniors, we loved the deck, but wished there were 4 chairs. The beds were very comfortable, and we love the knotty pine.”

Would be great for a summer stay when everything is open daily on the boardwalk. We went in off season to visit family and friends. Would definitely recommend and book again!”
