Overall a good place to stay.Breakfast was basic but it’s fine.Toilets were almost dirty but in the middle of my stay they started cleaning more often.A good place if you’re traveling solo or on a budget!

很吸引的價錢，但在眼不見的位置是很不乾淨的旅館

必須要親身在十一時以後才可check in, 即使在以此，你已和前枱登記了，你還是要在早上十一時至晚上十一時checkin. 床與牆中間全都是塵，什麼都要自己做，包括鋪床，check out 時要自己把床單年去洗。 雖然說是冷氣房，但房間並沒有冷氣。不要相信旅館發給你的地圖，那不是最更新的，附近有工程進行，最好去問問別人。枕頭薄得跟沒有枕頭琴樣，要把枕頭對摺才可以用。 但它的價錢真的很吸引

냄새가…

가격이 싸서 그런지 여러모로 불편했어요 2층 현관열고들어갈때부터 화장실냄새인지 곰팡이 냄새인지 모를 것이 진동을하고.. 벽과 천정 나무문에 곰팡이가 심합니다. 누수자국도 있어서 비가 오면 샐까 싶네요. 위치와 가격은 좋으나 다시 가진않을듯합니다.

홍대, 신촌 접근성 좋고 가격도 매우 저렴한데 방바닥에 있던 꽤 많은 수의 머리카락, 에어컨 악취, 공용화장실 막힘 현상의 늦은 조치 등 불편한 점도 있었음.

Perfect Location

This is my third time staying in Crossroad. It is located perfectly near Hongdae station (no matter Seoul Metro Line No.2 or the Airport Railway) with various choices of restros and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. And you could meet and chat with travellers of various nationalities. It would be perfect if you are a budget traveller. One tip for guests in the future, bring a padlock (or padlocksss) then you can store some of your heavy valuables in the locker in the bedroom. They have sufficient number of lockers.

Pleasant experience to stay here!

The hostel location was close to the metro station within 10 minutes walk. The room was neat and clean. Staff were helpful and talkative too. We met with other housemate and played together. Everything was fine! I would recommend my friends to stay here.^^

Dirty and rundown hostel

Mattress was terrible. It was so thin and uneven. I waited15 min for check-in because the check-in staff left the hostel. That was unprofessional. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like sewage. Bathrooms and rooms were not cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned only once during my 3 night stay. The trash can in the bathroom were overflowing and yet were not emptied!!! Disgusting. People kept leaving the outer door and the room door open. The outer door lock on the 2nd floor did not work properly. A huge security concern!!! I will not return to this hostel.

晚上到了半夜2點還很吵，很多人在客廳嘻鬧到很晚 ，老闆都不在不知道現場狀況。還有蠻多人的錢在寢室被偷，根本沒告知有置物櫃和鎖，還有床給你棉被很少，但冷氣卻開太冷

離地鐵有一小段距離 在3ce旁邊 清潔度不怎麼好 床上有沙沙的 浴室很少 回來後還要排隊洗澡 下次會選其他家

Awesome hostel in a great location

I needed a place to stay at before moving into my dorm, and I picked out this place. It was definitely the best choice I made. I was able to meet people from all over the world and make new friends! The atmosphere was wonderful. I had a lot of fun during my stay! The dorm rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were clean. I really liked the make up room for the girls. Eggs, toast, and jelly were available for you to have breakfast. There was a small kitchen for cooking, and they had the utensils you need. The staff was really friendly. They were always willing to help us do things like order food delivery or suggest places to go. When it was time to move to my dorm, they helped us call a taxi. The house is in a great location in hongdae. It is perfect if you are into street music, shopping, and the night life in general. I really enjoyed my stay, so I'll probably be back soon!

Location is perfect, the hostel is cute. But I will not stay here again due to other guests. I did not sleep for three days, and I had to get up early for tours. This hostel is very social, which is fine. But the days I was there, the other guests were having parties and yelling late in the night. The last night, when the other guest was still yelling at 3am I was really considering to check in at another place down the road. The common room is right next to the dorms. Staff is on duty 10am to 11pm

予約してたのに部屋がなかった！！

エクスペディアにて予約して、完了のメールなども受信しておりましたが、実際にチェックインしに行ったところ、予約がされておりませんでした。エクスペディアからゲストハウス側へ予約情報は来ていたが、遅い時間に入った予約だったので処理ができなかったと原因を説明されました。後日、実際にエクスペディアのカスタマセンターへ予約の時間が遅い場合にこのような問題が起きやすいのかを聞きましたが、そのような事実はなく、ゲストハウス側の怠慢であることが発覚しました。いきなり部屋がないと言われ途方にくれましたが、ゲストハウス側からの他の宿泊先の紹介などはなく、返金はできないため、どうにかスタッフ用の部屋を使用してほしいと言われ、他に行くあてもなかったためとりあえずスタッフ用の部屋を利用することにしました。が、本当にスタッフの方がさっきまで使用していた部屋で、ものが散乱し、生活臭もきつく、とても快適な部屋とは言えませんでした。翌日の朝には他のスタッフの方がこの部屋を私が利用していることを知らずに、部屋に入ってきたりと、プライバシー面でも問題ありでした。

Nice staff, good location

It has three storage hostel in the building. I stay at lower floor. It has around 14-18 people stay at few room but only 1 bath room (wash basin inside). Therefore, it is so busy in some rush hour. Or you moving to the other floor. Mix Dorm's space just acceptable. Nice staff! The breakfast time is 6-10am. However, I haven't it until 8am when I stay 2 night there. May be need some help.
