Staff were responsive to my texts. Decor is adorable. Only removing one star because it's cold in a metal box in the late fall and winter. My one suggestion is thicker bedding! We have to raid the extra blankets in the communal space when we stay.

Well, the beds are new and extremely comfortable! Room was clean and neat. The only thing that is included with the room is coffee… but The maid did not leave any cups and only one pack of coffee… so we had to get up and go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning.
