“We stayed 3 nights. Horrible experience. We had 6 big suitcases with kids and they told us elevator was broken. We had to carry heavy suitcases up ourself during checkin. Elevator was not fixed 3 days after and again kids and us have to carry suitcases down. Manager suppose to talk to us about experience and suppose to help with baggages. He didn’t even bother to talk to us Expedia and Best western tricked us. No AC here. Very bad experience after paying so much money”
