Clean, comfortable and very convenient for a quick stay before or between flights. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. The only downside was the lack of a restaurant on site which meant either a short walk to another hotel’s restaurant or using meal delivery services. Breakfast was adequate.

Stayed for a day, we had an early flight out. But the breakfast was great. And the rooms were clean. We saw a big stain in the hallways going to our room. The front staff seemed casual and informal. Overall, good stay. Layover.

Everything was great. I would've given 5 star if only the reception would've given me an explanation of the hotel, wifi, coffee in the lobby, shuttle times, use of the microwave and other things without me having to ask later on.

Convenient, no frills property with great staff

Newish, but no frills property, good value for short transit. Practically situated at the airport with free shuttle from sister property (Mercure) — is 1-2min easy walk. Breakfast was decent. Would have been nice to have a safe and small fridge in the room. There is no restaurant for lunch/dinner, but Mercure has one, with decent food. Bottom line, if you are willing to pay up a little, just stay at the Mercure instead.

Comfy, quiet stay with free airport shuttle

Comfortable, quiet stay and great breakfast (croissants, meats, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit). It was a little hard to find the shuttle but from Terminal 4, go to stop #6 outside. The stop should have a sign for the airport hotels. Ibis is not close enough to walk to so you must take the tram or shuttle (about 5-10 min away). It is free and drops you in front of the hotel. Also, to get back to the airport in the morning, we used the tram. It was a short walk from the hotel and arrived fairly quickly. The room has a cute night light of the world on the ceiling. The breakfast area is nicely decorated with plenty of seating that looks like hot air balloons. Would stay again.

The hotel itself is good, nothing super concerning.. breakfast had lots of options, room is small but clean. I was just incredibly frustrated with the rudest shutter driver I have ever met. He literally mistreated everyone that was on the shuttle, drove like a complete psycho like if he was in a race, did not stop for people when they needed to either get in or get out. The second day we had a normal driver, thank goodness!

The hotel did not provide us with blankets, even after requesting blankets I didn’t get any. It was pretty close to the airport, the hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
