“This was our second stay at this hotel, lasting 10 nights. We found everything good regarding the hotel's location and room cleanliness. We especially want to thank Agnes, our housekeeper. “This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. The restaurants provided a lot of choices and so you can get what you want there, even pizzas and others. The rooms are clean. “Beautiful new boutique hotel. Very helpful front desk staff. We didn’t eat there so no reviews on that. The area around the hotel has a significant homeless population. Not great. But nothing bad happened. Very convenient to street car transportation which we used all three days. ”
