L hôtel est très bien située avec le tramway à la porte! Le personnel super! Mais ont entend tout sa prend des bouchons pour dormir et a beaucoup de sans abri et toxicomane sur cette rue! Je recommande si juste pour dormir le soir et profiter de la ville!

The space was awful. I could hear critters in the ceilings from the moment I got there. The shower and bathroom were disgusting. I came back at one point frmo being away and my door had been left wide open by the 'cleaning' staff. So disappointing and grosse. The front desk guy didn't seem phased that these were my concerns and experience, like he's used to it.

Was all clean and tidy and looked recently renovated. However we were put in a suite over the road on lower ground floor. Was very noisy when trams pass by throughout the night. Also area to the west was a meeting spot for drug addicts ( about 500m away) although this is an area problem rather than the accommodation itself. Trans stop right outside which is a bonus if you can sleep through them passing.

Unfortunately the area was quite loud as well as generally loud in the hotel throughout the night. The bathroom was not cleaned well and was very tight. Blinds didn't cover the entire windows and the AC made weird sounds. Staff was wonderful and very kind but the area makes it that I would not stay here again.

Nicest people ever! Very patient and friendly staff! They took a last second reservation from my and my friend unlike other hotels! The air conditioning was perfect rooms are not really big but they are clean and comfy!

I needed a place to stay last minute in Toronto and the Royal Oak Inn was a good price in the right area. I arrived late in the evening having made a reservation 1.5 hours prior and had no issues checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Check in was very quick, and he had great food suggestions close-by (East Coast Donair was the right choice). No elevators, but I only had a small bag with me so no problems being on the second floor. My room was relatively clean-not perfect but nothing I was concerned about. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a great sleep. Check-out was 11am and It was as easy as check-in. The staff were definitely the most memorable for me. Both people I interacted with were very nice.

I believe the hotel has amazing location… as well the people who work here are amazing… I have stayed in 5+… and to be honest… they are doing their best as Toronto is very demanding…
