Nice place, clean and tidy. Simple breakfast that I could take with me, coffee on the go, and everything I needed was there. The bed was comfortable, but the aircon was super noisy and aimed directly at the bed. There was screaming and fighting in the hallway outside my room, which scared me and kept me awake. Apparently this is not a good area of town, for those who dont know, pike me. But the tram does stop right in front of the door and I didnt feel unsafe necessarily.

This place is new for us and so far it’s a great option! Rooms are extremely clean with updated washrooms and close to the street car and downtown. Great concierge service and a free continental breakfast! Also has nice price point - so overall great value.

Staff was very nice and the hotel was renovated and clean - the complimentary bagged breakfast was a nice touch - Be mindful of the area around the hotel - this part of the city can be a bit rough and unsettling by way of the drug addicts/homelessness and all that comes with that vibe.

Wonderful place to stay. Budget friendly, clean (was expecting it not to be due to the reviews, pleasantly surprised), breakfast options, communal area. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager, check-in and check-out was simple. The rooms are quaint and homely, there were just some minor aesthetic flaws, but nothing I would complain about. Area was safe (speaking for 2 young adults traveling together). The “homeless druggie” complaints aren’t anything to actually be concerned about. Transportation is easy and accessible. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just a below average stay. Took a shower in a telephone booth. They made me wait 2 hrs to check in exactly at 3pm. TV wasnt working . Internet was great and hotel was clean

Our stay was great. The employees were very kind, our room was clean and comfortable although we were in town for a concert and weren’t spending much time in the room. The staff was very accommodating when we wanted to check out early but needed to keep our car parked in site.
