Best friend’s birthday getaway
We had a wonderful time staying at Couzin Sid’s. The home was nice and cozy and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Very close to all the places we wanted to visit while in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for GAMNP
We had a slight hiccup on arrival that the door code didn’t work and our cell reception wasn’t great so it took about 10 minutes to get the property manager on the phone and get a way for us to get inside the house, but once that was resolved, things were good. We’re a family of 5 with kids ages 7-16. The house had a nice setup with bedrooms for us. The couch in the living room will swallow you whole, but there are TVs in the bedrooms and the beds were firm and nice for a good night’s sleep. The water pressure is good for showers. The kitchen has a good selection of cooking and baking pans and small appliances. If you’re staying more than a few days and plan to cook, bring some oil, spices, and dishwasher detergent. The house doesn’t have cooking oil/spices and there were only 3 dishwasher tabs. We like a good mix of attractions and outdoor activities. This location was great for visiting areas in Townsend and the National Park! It’s only about 5 minutes to get to Metcalfe Bottoms. Traffic in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was awful… it was only 10-15 min drive to PF, but then you just sit in traffic. Elvira’s Cafe down the road was a treat-delicious-try the roasted Turkey crepe!

Vacation Spring 2024
The house was very well kept and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. The grandkids loved snow tubing! Our only issue was the washing machine did not work properly. I did msg the problem to the property manager. Activities in Pigeon Forge was limited due to the weather turning cold so everyone was looking for inside activities which made it very difficult to find entertainment for the grandkids!

Great house in a convenient location
Y’all, this is a gem! Don’t waste your money overpaying for a tourist “cabin” that’s crammed on a mountain with a steep driveway and no room to breathe. Sid’s Farmhouse has easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cade’s Cove without the traffic or crowded feel of PF or Gatlinburg. Sid’s place is comfortable and functional. Three full bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen (that’s all labeled!), and a comfy living room with nice TVs check all the boxes. The view from the front porch is exceptional. We hope to return soon!

Friends unite
Three elderly friends, who live in three different states, that worked together years ago. The area was perfect for a picnic in the mountains by the stream, restaurants, ice cream, or a few miles from Pigeon Forge. Nice place enjoyed by all.

June stay
We enjoyed our time - location was close to lots of day trips - loved having front porch. Saw a bear when sitting on porch. Love labeling of kitchen - lots of bath towels, games, movies. Would suggest more than 2 dish rags and more than the tiny bottle of dish soap, did not see dishwasher soap or pods, couple of bedrooms needed to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly Would definitely recommend to others.
