The pier at Pleasure Pier is only open to allow people to go to Bubba Gumps. You cannot walk down the pier any further.
Allow plenty of driving time.
Not within walking distance but short drive to get there.
Nice walking area
Take the ferry and go across to Crystal Beach; it’s usually less crowded
Arrive at the beach early to avoid crowds. Around 6am its light enough and peaceful. Also renting umbrellas is ridiculous bring your own.
