“The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The common areas are beautiful and there are several. The hotel is very thoughtfully decorated with art work and things and there is so much that is visually engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable and charming. Just a wonderful experience. ”

“We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening……

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had our first proper sleep in 6 days. No fridge, safety deposit box or tea coffee in the room. Tea/coffee was available in patio area. Only camomile was available. Was concerned reading mix reviews but would recommend this place. ”
