“Very disappointed with this accommodation. The check-in process was very difficult — the keyless entry codes didn’t work, and despite being told by email the room would be ready, it wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm. We eventually had to collect swipe keys from another office because the building office was closed.
The bedroom shutters did not close at all, meaning there was no privacy as the room faced a walkway with motion sensor lights turning on constantly through the night. We reported……
