“While the location is convenient and accessible, there were several issues that need attention. The studio was not soundproof, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night. There was also a persistent drainage or moldy smell around the building, which was quite unpleasant. In the bathroom, the masking film on the window did not fully cover it, leading to privacy concerns. Additionally, there was no space provided for hanging clothes, and the shower door didn’t close properly, causing……

“Stayed 14 nights in this lovely apartment-hotel. Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer. The staff are very hospitable and gracious. Before we checked in we already knew about the……

“it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.”

“This appartment hotel is fully equipped with sufficient utensils. It is also clean enough. The price is really acceptable in Paris where the price is always really high. It is easily accessed by the Metro system but it is a bit far away from the city centre. But the price and equipments cover this inconvinence. Also, there is a hypermarket (casino) which is near this hotel.”

“房東態度很不好!!! 我們在退房時，房東有檢查房間，並未告知我們房間很髒亂要扣押金，回國後看到帳單才發現扣了我們€200，期間都無任何的通知。 之後我們問房東也只回覆因為房間弄的很髒亂，根據清潔人員的評估需多花2-3小時整理.我們一頭霧水, 因為我們並沒有用的很髒。所以再次詢問他是否說是哪一部份很髒並請提供照片說明，假設如同房東所說的情形，這筆清潔費，我們該付就會付，結果房東就已讀不回。 姑且不論入住當日他態度就不太友善，不給任何具體說明，只憑清潔人員認為就扣押金，這種行為也太不合理了。我們在2年前也入住過，當時房東也都沒這些狀況，不知道為何這次會這樣。感覺非常差勁！！”
