“Perfect location! Slept like a rock! Close to everything. A/C was so refreshing! Would stay again :)”

“This is a nice place to stay. The location is excellent. Picking up the keys from the nearby hotel is a mild hassle but works fine. The apartment is slightly dated but I think the location makes up for it.”

“Terrific location with walking access to busses and trains. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Musee D'Orsay. Rue Cler had cafe's and shops, right outside the door. Very clean and well worth the price!”

“I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. These are essentials, not luxuries, especially……

“Was a wonderful stay and space. Perfect. Frederic appropriately communicative and engaged. Would stay all over again.”

“It will be perfect if the elevator is working.”

“It is a lovely home. It is on a great location. Thank you”

“The property is very nice, although I do not think it is worth all the money required to rent it, including a hefty service charge of over 400. The second bedroom is much smaller than the pictures revealed. Pictures do not always reveal the “whole truth”. There was no bakery nearby which was a surprise and somewhat of a hardship getting bread in the morning. Otherwise the location is great. The information book left by the owners needs to be updated, although it is in general most thoughtfully……

“Excellent location, very comfy bed, great communication! Slight glitch with checking in, but that was mostly caused by our flight being delayd a couple of hours.”

“Excellent location, very close from all the central spots. The apartment was well kept and had all the essentials! Will stay here again.”

“Great location. Not a lot of closet space or storage for clothes in some of the rooms. Fans were broken. No ac. Some faucets didn’t work. Stovetop and laundry were hard to figure out. Floor is old and has nails and broken pieces of wood. But a good space for a big group and central location.”

“Avoid at all costs. This property is managed by some, non descript property management company that was abhorrent to deal with. We checked in and they had not supplied a crib or highchair that we needed for our child. When reaching out to the "host" the property management company could not get their act together to get us this despite HOURS of messaging. They cited "road closures" as an issue for delivering the crib and highchair but there were no issues with the roads or closures when we……

“The host, Claudine, lied in the add. She deceived customers like me by showing an apartment that is not close to what I saw in person. Claudine advertised the apartment with a different localization of the real one. Also, the building does not have a lift; the apartment is in the 3rd floor but in París à 3rd floor means 5th floor since there is L and 0 floors; since the building is very old the steps are round like snail style making it more difficult to climb and I have a knee problem. Second,……

“Super convenient location! Walking distance to so many things! The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of five. The host sent a detailed instruction in advance, which was super helpful!”

“Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our 5 day stay there. Fantastic location. Hosts communicated clearly and made everything very easy.”
