“Very cute place! The yurt is extremely cozy and Kayce was kind enough to even have the heater on for us for when we checked in since it was an overcast/rainy day. She provided us with snacks and water, there’s also some items there for in case you forgot anything like toothpaste, etc. there’s conveniently a hot plate with a pot/pan, some cooking utensils, and coffee/coffee maker. Beyond my expectations! We absolutely loved it here. ”

“We had a good stay here. The bedrooms were a good arrangement for our group mixed teens, single guys, single gals, and a married couple. The washer and dryer came in handy too. We barely used the hot tub but it was nice to have the option. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is easy to navigate to everywhere. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was just the greatest place to stay! We loved the theme of Alaska sportsmen that was everywhere, inside and out - it was unique and amazing. The bear decor was supported by other Alaskan animals, both as trophy specimens and in every little detail. We oohed and aahhed every time we discovered something new. “Check-in was easy. Property was exactly how it was advertised. Maybe even a little better actually. Living room and kitchen are very spacious. Only suggestion is to have a fan for summer time. I’d stay here again. ”

“We had a very nice stay. The property was in a fantastic section of town, very convenient for what we had planned to do for the week we were there. Well appointed and comfortable...one very minor drain issue that was immediately addressed - which was very appreciated. Would happily re-book the property for any future visits to Anchorage.”

“I recommend the cozy boutique 10/10. The home was exactly as described on VRBO. It was very clean and spacious. Be cognizant of the many homeless people who stayed fairly near the entrance of the neighborhood. That was a bit unsettling, however, it didn’t take away from the home. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. The owner suggested we either open a window or use a fan. We didn’t do either of those since my partner can’t sleep with a fan, and I was afraid……
