"We chose this location for our trip home. I was looking for a nice place but not too expensive. This was perfect. The owner is very attentive and the check in went smooth. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. They have Roku TV service which was amazing! The shower was clean and the water was hot and has great temperature. The coffee was very good! Overall a great place to stay in Sulphur Springs!"

"This is a beautiful property! Loved sitting on the dock in the morning taking in the sounds and sights of nature. Very peaceful and serene. Came with a friend to attend Canton Trade Days. We were there over 4th of July and were able to view a fireworks show and even a few more from the neighbors across the pond. The cabin was adorable. Would definitely return!"

Very clean. Comfortable bed. The room cooled well and the shade kept the room dark. Also great breakfast options. Don’t forget your Texas waffle! "

"I have to say I love that have full bottle shampoo and conditioner because I have a LOT of hair. I hate the tiny ones. Our stay was wonderful. I love the room, there was plenty of storage. TV channels were great. AC was great. I would def stay again. "
