"This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place."

"Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%"

"We had a good stay overall; however, some things in the room were not working and the staff forgot to repair them until the third night. The room did not have drinking glasses, and the cleaning staff took away our half-used toiletries without providing new ones. However, the room is beautiful and the location is more than ideal."

The staff were amazing throughout the stay, helping wherever they can. The location is easily accessible to train stations and metro to the wider Shanghai area with two metro stations nearby. The breakfast was great and we are looking forward to staying there again when we can next visit Shanghai"

"Had a lovely 5 nights at this hotel. Room was very clean and modern, it's a newer property with nice fitout. Not much happening in the lobby but gym and pool looked good (didn't use).Lots of restaurants around. Nice stay!"

The bedding was very comfortable, the room was kept spotlessly clean, and the indoor swimming pool was my favorite part of the hotel. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. "The hotel has classic version and modern version in multiple buildings. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Lots good restaurant in a few minutes walking distance and opens until after midnight. The location is very close to main shopping street and restaurants. Our vacation was wonderful!"
