Service level needs to be improved on that room cleaning service cost 5 mins only for each day, tissue shortage was ignored, body scale was quite old and inaccurate. The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai
Everything about this hotel was very professional and high-quality. Sophia enhanced my stay there so much. She helped me get my taxi app Didi working, when I was very frustrated with it. She is a great asset to the Portman rich Carlton staff.
