“Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. “スタッフはとても親切で部屋は清潔で広々としていました。 氷点下で寒い日でしたが、部屋のエアコンだけでなく追加でオイルヒーターを用意してくださいました。 台湾からの団体客があると事前に電話連絡してくれました。以前に団体客と一緒は嫌というお客さんがいたからだろうです。そういう心遣いも何だか嬉しかったです。レストランは利用していません。近くのハコニワ食堂というレストランを予約しました。大変美味しかったです。”

“This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! ”
