“The landlady was very helpful and we even got a coupon from gardener’s world to visit gardens for half price. We could eat the plums and apples from the trees. On arrival there were flowers and a welcome package of essentials. She was the best landlady you could have.”

“Beautiful pub in East Malling (I was there, passing through, between a visit from Spain to various places in the UK). The room (Number 1) was amazing. Every facility possible. The kind staff even put a hairdryer in for me. Ample space, bathroom, fridge, kettle, supply of a continental breakfast, information folder, full size TV, double bed and wardrobe. Spotlessly clean, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Loved it.”

“新鲜，很好”

“Very good”

When people opened and closed their bedroom doors, it felt and sounded as if they were opening and closing my bedroom door. I felt very unsafe as a solo traveller. TV had no signal and the Wifi didn'twork, I had to use my own……

“Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.”
