"Hotel Crosby was beautiful. Only downfall was the uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The mattresses were very thin and lumpy."

"Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?"

"My 3yr old found clumps of hair like ripped out of a hairbrush next to the bed... Staff were friendly... Breakfast was ok, consistently out of things.. milk machine was broke Didn't use hot tub too many people"
