“The hotel welcomed us after a same-day reservation due to an issue with another hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apple strudel and breakfast were delicious. It was raining, but if the weather had cleared, our view would have been wonderful! Hope to return! ”
“The hotel was not bad but the female owner was not friendly to the family with a child. We were shocked when we checked out and the bill has been added an extra charge for our small kid though we didn't have the extra bed,and they didn't tell us in advance when we checked in . She even didn't explain anything until we found the price was not correct and she said everyhotel was different...though we never been treated like this time...And the quilt had a bad smell since wasnot washed for a long……
“Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things……
