Everything from the moment we checked in until checkout was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing views. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Would absolutely stay here again!
Quaint hotel, Andrea’s was really Friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in lovely Garmisch. Good amenities, the rooms are a little dated, but served our needs well and beds and shower comfortable. Lovely breakfast included. Great option!
Honestly our favorite stay the whole time in Europe for two weeks. We even extended our stay an extra night instead of attending Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The staff was over the top providing helpful advice our entire stay. We will definitely return!
Fabulous hotel! Great breakfast, super helpful staff, wonderful spa and if you pay extra for a room with a view it is lovely to sit and admire the Zugspitze panorama. Bus stop right outside with free buses if you use the free tourist pass. Ask Rita or Andreas to help you! Highly recommended
The staff were great at the front desk! Great location- central to many amenities a short drive away. The pillows are desperately needing to be replaced on the beds!
Very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast spread, comfortable room with private patio. I would be nit-picking to think of anything negative to say! We were super appreciative that they went out of their way to provide overnight laundry service. We would definitely come back👍

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Loved the amazing breakfast and drinks available, fun and helpful staff, free bus transportation around town, sauna and pool available. Definitely would stay again if in the area again.
We loved this hotel so much! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and at a reasonable price, wonderful pool and saunas, and our room was clean and bigger than expected!
Cute place with a nice breakfast. Staff was functionally helpful and curt. Limited dining options. Parking was not sufficient and very tight. Best option was to park on the street. The room was very hot and there was no climate control for the summer months. Location is on a busy street and the main shooping/dining areas were about 1km away
We were group of 3 persons. We were able to fit in one room. Sauna and pool area very lovely and breakfast had a lot of varieties to choose from. Staff was super friendly and we were greeted in our own language, Finnish. A lady from staff had once visited Finland more than 30 years for some weeks and still remembered quite much Finnish words from that time. Location was good for hikes nearby. Warmly can recommend this hotel also for future quests.
This hotel was I believe recently renovated in the last few years The basement area with the fitness room and a spa area was amazing, The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing excellent location Great value for the money
