“Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. With the Price we paid for. Can't complain. Light breakfast and stay. What else I could ask for. Thank you hotel- Estival Arriel. Happy with our……

“Our host Elisabeth was wonderful. Nothing was too much. Friendly and spoke any great English thankfully which made our stay very positive. The room was great and so was the bathroom and toilet. The bedroom over overlooked the alps. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The meal that was prepared on arrival (precooked) was delicious prepared and cooked with her own fair hand. “El hotel está nuevo y bien situado para visitar todo el centro caminando El personal de recepción muy amable y dispuesta ayudar con todo. Gran ventaja el aire acondicionado en ola de calor, cocina completa para hacer alguna cena en el alojamiento, habitación y baño muy amplios y cómodos. También hay detalle de desayuno al llegar Y una terraza pequeñita y acojedora para 4 personas. Muy buenas ventanas que aíslan totalmente el ruido exterior”

“The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best.”

“I arrived late 20.30h. There was coloured LED light blown up on the castle in blue, red and green. It looked weird and out of place. I woke the friendly owner from a nap on the couch. The room was dated but ok clean. What really got me was the bottled water in the room. It had been opened and perhaps refilled (?), there was a substance on the edge of it. I did not drink it. ”
