Located on the ground floor, this condo features updated tile flooring throughout. The kitchen and living room area is an open concept.
The living area offers guests plenty of seating space to sit, relax, socialize with friends, and look at the ocean! The flat screen tv is perfect for watching sporting events, news, movies, and shows. Guests will love preparing meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The large granite kitchen countertop allows a spacious area to prep food. Located off the living area is a spacious beachfront balcony where guests can feel the ocean breeze in their face, and take in views of South Padre's beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom features a coastal and comfy king size bed. There is a flat screen tv in this room as well for guest's viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom.
