“The condo was clean and in a great location, but a bit on the "dated" side. Definitely a rental property more on the economic side judging from some of the other properties I've seen in SPI. On the plus side, the gated property provided an added sense of security if you brought a car or boat. The air conditioner was oversized and kept the room as cool as you could possibly want and the beds were normal and comfortable. “Nos tocó la habitación 301, terrible. Para empezar, en un 3er piso, nada accesible para personas con dificultades motrices y de la 3era edad. El lugar aceptable, pero tenía muchos defectos. Microondas roto, sillas rotas, puertas que no se pueden abrir, las regaderas no tienen para poner los jabones (todo en el piso); la regadera de la habitación principal se inunda y le ponen una escobilla rota para empujar el agua. No hay tapetes para baño y los que se encuentran en el área de la terraza……

“Overall, the stay was good; however, the pool area was a significant concern. The pool is quite small, and there was a couple with three children who were left unattended. The girls repeatedly bothered my son, which made the experience uncomfortable and stressful. This situation should have been addressed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.”
