The property,grounds,cleanliness and space were great. I thought there was supposed to be a washer and dryer in the unit but there was not. We had an excellent time and will definitely return. Thank you

Beautiful location

We enjoyed staying at Saida towers for the pools and close proximity to beach. The unit itself was spacious but did not feel very clean, especially the kitchen. The kitchen needs a deep clean and a restock of cookware. We would have appreciated a few more towels for our 5 day stay as exchanging at welcome center is not convenient when you don’t have a car. Overall the property was a good fit, most downfalls were related to the rental management (housekeeping and towels).

Summer at Padre

Great location and floor plan of condo. Nice pools to enjoy and can walk to eat if you choose. Beds and furniture very comfy, was very nice stay

Areas of disrepair

At quick glance, this is a nice clean place. However, in one of the rooms only 1 of the 4 lights worked. The ceiling fan light chain was in a drawer so we couldn’t turn it on with the switch. The ceiling looked like there was water damage in several places throughout, when flushing the master toilet a bubble of sewage-smelling gas came up in the other toilet. The shower doors kept falling off and jamming to the point where I fixed them 3-4 times. View was beautiful, and access was great. The place just needs some tlc.

Great beach access but walls are paper thin

Good overall, condo is dated and kitchen does not have utensils we needed. Expected more for the price. Parking is not great. Did not like having to go pick up towels every day between 11am and 2 pm. Leave a tip and take extra towels is needed. Patio view was nice and access to the beach was good. Check out at 11 am is firm and inconvenient.

we enjoyed the ocean view

We had a nice stay at our condo. The deck was spacious and gave a great view of the ocean. Disappointed that the weather was overcast most days with foggy haze, maybe it always is this time of year? The beds and linens were very comfortable. The bathrooms were rather outdated. The bathroom sink counters were too low and the tub/shower enclosure was old but the showerhead gave a good wash. A bit inconvenient as well to drive to get fresh linens during the week, a washer and dryer would have been nice to have available for wet beach towels and clothing. Also note- we dropped a glass bottle of orange juice out out of the fridge, It shattered on the floor. We went to clean it up, and the grill on the bottom of the fridge popped off, there was an enormous amount of bugs crawling under the fridge. We cleaned it up best we could, but probably need an exterminator as there were black bugs on the bathroom floors, and ants, as well as on the kitchen counter, we kept all all our food in the fridge to keep them out of our food. The pools and hot tubs were nice but not maintained well, one hot tub nearest to us was not functioning. Another one had only two jets working, and another was ice cold. We thought one of the pools was heated, but none of them were warm. The patio furniture and lounge chairs were nice and plentiful. We had a fun time, but some things could have been a bit better!

Sunshine, Fun and Family

Great location and great property management company--Padre Island Rentals--they sent excellent communications to help plan our vacation and make check-in and check-out a breeze. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean and just steps from the pool and beach. Easy to park and elevator/stairs access near condo. Spacious condo, well stocked kitchen. Relaxing vacation!

Perfect Location

Older condo, bathrooms could use updating. Beds were very comfortable! Lovely beach front location to watch the sunrise every morning.

This property had everything we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Very close to the pool and the walkway to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location and property

TVs did not work. Too much sand in drains in Bathrooms. No warm outdoor shower to clean off sand. Other than that super new kitchen. . Updates needed in bathrooms. Nice living area good size. Great view. Thank you for the soap paper snd coffee. Very nice feature

Clean, spacious and easy walk to the beach!

Wonderful stay, loved the view, the balcony and the whole condo! Great and spacious! Kitchen had everything we needed and everything was super clean! Easy and quick checkin! Walk to the beach was super easy, 3rd trip as a family to Padre, always love it there!

Good Condo, missing some important things.

The condo was in a great location. It was really close to the beach and close to anything you’d need off property (groceries, supplies, etc). For the price of the property you would think it would have had laundry in the condo, even a cheap double stack but there was not and the whole area is under a coin shortage so it was difficult to get enough quarters to do several loads of laundry. The property managers are a couple miles away, so if you need anything you have to drive there to get help. The coffee pot was broken and we had to drive to the office to get a replacement. The check in process was not fun. We got there at 11pm and checked in only to find out that traffic was crazy and we had to drive to get to our condo. Not a bid deal, we just didn’t know and we’re tired after driving 22 hours to have to fight traffic to get from check in to the condo. Also, the fees for the rental were significant. There were no housekeeping services at all during the stay. We had to drive back to the welcome center to get towels and had to pay a fee to swap linens. All in all it was a good condo. Given the fees, cost, and lack of services I don’t know that I’d rent it again but it was a good condo in a great location.

Great condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, clean, and the patio had a great beach view. The check in/out process was simple. I liked how we didn’t have to return any keys to checkout, and checkout on the door keypad. We stayed March 9-13th. I was worried the beach and condo would be packed with spring breakers, but it was not crowded and very peaceful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect and the beach access was amazing plus our beach view from the balcony. We did have a small problem with ants inside the kitchen and the sofa sleeper falls in at one side but over all was a solid four. The location is really what had us. We will definitely look into vacationing here again.

This protery is nice. Great view of the beach. Just not really cleaned properly. I'd suggest the cleaning service should be upgraded. Overall everything is good. Thank you!

Fall beach trip

My family and parents stayed for a long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was super clean. The views and quick access to the beach were great. We would stay at this same again for sure.

Very Spacious and Comfortable Condo

This condo is on the second floor and it's at the end of Saida II which gives you amazing views of the gulf. You can also see the fireworks on Saturday that Hilton puts on over the ocean. I really love how spacious it is inside along with the balcony because it's at the end. We ate several times outside on their table. The condo has everything you need for your stay and is very clean. I do wish there were more handtowels in the bathrooms. The master has two sinks but one towel. All you can do is exchange so not sure we could get more. Looks like they updated the kitchen and the A/C which was very nice as it kept the condo cool. The restrooms do need updating as the vanity in the master is very low. I'm 5'2" and the counter was at my thighs. Also, I would recommend updating the furniture as it was hard to open the drawers to put our clothes in. The rest is very nice and we would definitely stay here again. I love the location and how close it is to get to the beach. The check-in process was quick and friendly. Love that the condo has a keypad so no need to worry about keys or having extras. Made it so much easier. Oh, I forgot, they have a bigger TV than what is in the picture and that was nice.

Great weekend!

Stayed here with my family for the weekend and had the best time. Great decor, spacious inside, big deck to have family dinners, a beautiful view, all the kitchen supplies you need and friendly staff. I did call ahead on what they did not have so I could plan accordingly. Hopefully we will be back soon!
