"As advertised. The host was very responsive, working with me on an issue with the listing. Well furnished and equipped apartment with an upstairs deck overlooking nice backyard. "The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help.
