“This is a nicely run, small property. The rooms are a good size, beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Staff was great, having the snacks/lunch/bar right off the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids was key. Parking was easy, and having someone setup chairs and umbrellas for you so we didn’t have to lug them over the sand was so nice. There was a little jockeying for position with the beach chairs though with limited “front row” space. The staff was great it was……

“The pool area on 5th floor was very nice but no hot tub unfortunately. The room was not good. Clean but very shabby. One lamp, 2 outlets and a bit rusted while being hard to reach. The worst part was the room I was shown in the pics was not the room I got. The next door door was open and looked much nicer. I chose this motel due to the proximity to the rides but I would not stay there again”

“Very convenient location. Staff was great. We had car trouble the day we were supposed to check in and had to shift our days. Very accommodating. Free parking. Heated Pool and hot tub a plus. Never felt crowded. Housekeeping every day which is rare these days. Nice room with kitchenette. Only downside was the bedroom area had no AC in it so it was warm. Only AC was in the main area which couldn’t cool the bedroom with the door closed. Would stay again though.”

“The owner met us as we were running a little late. She was absolutely amazing. Just checking in made me want to come back. We had a third floor apartment which was great because we could see the ocean and fireworks from the balcony. The apartment was cool when we arrived. When we left we turned the air off and back on when we returned. The rooms cooled off in just a few minutes. The apartment is very clean and well stocked with towels and wash cloths. “The room was absolutely beautiful and pristine! Beautiful modern design choices, with lovely extra touches (cocktail set, nice kitchen appliances, etc). The partnership with the beach concierge was amazing — just walk across the street and they set up an umbrella and chairs for you. The beach is super close and gorgeous, and everything in town is a 5-15 min walk away. We didn't get in our car once all weekend! Great location, great rooms, and every room has a spacious balcony or front porch.……
