Economy sometimes cost you comfort

The heater did not work (it was 28 degrees that night outside). I asked for blanket. The blanket had been placed in a seal plastic bag when still wet. The smell was not great. The bed and pillows felt like I was camping outdoors. The man at the counter was kind. No coffee pot, blow dryer or dishes was not what I expected. I would spend the extra 40 bucks if you are a business traveler.

Hotel review

Luggage carts not by entrance and in poor condition. Only one (1) towel and no washcloths. Telephone had no cord. Breakfast consisted of packaged oatmeal, breakfast bars, and muffins. Staff was personable and friendly.

Worst

Worst Extended Stay we have ever been to. Floors were dirty and sticky, bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom sink was cracked. I had to repair the shower head before it could be used. Never saw the staff after checking in.

Will NEVER stay there again

First room we got was not cleaned. Second room was a queen. We paid for King. They argued with us until I had to show proof I had paid for King. Then they said they were out of King. Hotel was on hold on phone with Expedia for an hour trying to get me some money back. Still haven't seen a refund.

Checkout time

So my wife and I came into this hotel knowing it wasn't going to be amazing because of the price but one thing that amazed me and convinced me to recommend people stay away from this place is the staff around checkout time. The day we left I slept a little longer than I wanted and took a shower at 10:45 before we left. While in the shower I hear a knock at the door. After my shower I find out from my wife that two staff members were going around telling people they need to leave since it's close to 11. This happened at 10:55! Of course the two off them weren't polite in anyway and basically said we need to f***in leave. When 11 on the dot came we went to the elevator and guess who we saw. The two staff members going around knocking on every door of people that were leaving that day. NEVER in my 24 years have I ever had something like this happen. 0/10 definitely would not recommend. Spend the extra money for a better hotel.

Dirty

Hallway was filthy with visible dirt/crumbs all over and smelled of smoke. Room was ok at first glance. However, upon opening the cabinets, we found food belonging to a previous guest. If they can’t get the cabinets cleaned out, we didn’t want to find out what else they didn’t bother to clean. We immediately grabbed our stuff and went to the front desk. The guy must be used to this as he didn’t bat an eye and gave us a refund and sent us on our way.

Needs improvment

Gave us a room already occupied Only one staff person on duty Breekfast was instant oatmeal and snack bars 2 people sleeping in hall on second floor Could smell smoke in room and elevator

Was a nice and all in all friendly staff however under the door is a huge gap and u can hear EVERYTHING coming from inside the rooms as u walk by..
