The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. Food was mediocre but portions large. Staff were polite but clearly miserable. This hotel used to be so pretty and upscale and now it’s full of screaming children and annoyed people traveling for work. Would never return.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. It is in an excellent location in downtown Springfield. Parking (extra charge) was very convenient, once we figured out the ins and outs of it. That was a little confusing at first. We would stay at this hotel again.
