The staff was excellent and very friendly. Always greeted me when I came in the hotel, so the acknowledgement was nice. The room was very clean, but the rug in the hallway had a musty smell to it.

The 2 night stay was good overall. The pool water was clean and there were plenty of towels. The paint around the pool was chipping. The room was nice, but could use a bit of TLC. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and the staff that helped us.

Check in was a breeze, staff was great the customer service was amazing! Answered all my questions with a smile and they even greeted my dog. Room was nice and clean and setting up an area for my dog to eat and sleep was easy since the room was clean and spacious. Overall, great stay and would definitely book again. Hopefully all their locations are just as nice.

The front desk staff was so nice when we checked in. We were from out. Of State (California) we arrived in town early and tired from the red eye. Your staff worked hard on getting us a room for us. We are very thankful for their hospitality and service.

I stay here every year while I work at the big E and again it was a wonderful time. Food was great. Staff is always excellent. The only negative is the chair in my room the office chair, needs to be replaced. It is very worn and that really wasn’t a problem because I was working in a way all day so I never used it anyway. Very satisfied with my day as always.

Staff was super friendly. Very welcoming. The breakfast was sub par. The room was alright. There were a few broken things in the room but nothing that made it unusable. The pool area is an absolute disaster. There are signs saying they’re renovating but nothing looked like it was being renovated.

I had a one king bed with a sofa it was a deluxe suite it was beautiful and had it two burners electric stove build microwave that dishwasher I was inspecting all that but I was grateful the price was through a third party it was world worth it people at the desk were very pleasant and helpful was able to use the gym and the breakfast was g there were many options only thing I had the issue was the muffins was hard

Location was easy to get to and from the Big E with plenty of parking and next door to a Dunkin Donuts. Bathroom was quite small and was dingy, walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and would say that breakfast was only passable. It would behove you to skip their breakfast and go next door to Dunkin Donuts instead. Be aware that they will charge you half a night's stay if you try to check in 3hours before check in time.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. One of the downsides was the bathtub where water was not draining very well. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there was a big group of students and the staff was not fast enough to accommodate such a big group in time resulting in long waits for food trays to be replaced. Overall, good stay. Would stay there again.

My husband was admitted to Bay State Medical Center with cardiac issues. We are from South Texas and visiting family. From the get-go the staff remained compassionate and did everything in their power to lessen my anxiety regarding booking, and then having to extend the stay twice. I was in tears and frantic at times but staff were angels to me. I am hopeful that all hotel staff during my stay will get some sort of recognition for their individual acts of servitude.
