The space  
One of the standout features of this home is the beautiful pool, large patio, and massive yard. Step outside into your own private oasis, where a refreshing temperature-controlled pool awaits. The outdoor patio has seating for all and is ideal for enjoying alfresco meals, while the outdoor gas grill allows you to showcase your culinary skills. Cozy evenings can be spent gathered around the firepit - sharing campfire stories and s'mores with your loved ones.  
  
Inside the home, kick back and relax on the pool-view sofa. The adjacent kitchen gleams with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The bedrooms are equally bright and comfortable with cheerful nods to nautical living, private TVs, and high-quality linens. Additionally, inside the main home, you'll be pleased to find a private washer/dryer - perfect for refreshing swimsuits. The pool house is complete with a large sectional and a TV. The kitchenette, full bathroom, and Murphy bed make this a great additional suite for large families.

Location-wise, this home is perfectly situated within walking distance of the historic district, allowing you to explore the rich heritage and vibrant culture of Saint Augustine. The iconic Lighthouse is less than two miles away, offering panoramic views of the area. If you're craving some beach time, Anastasia State Park is a short two-mile drive away, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy the ocean waves, and play on the playground. The St. Augustine Amphitheater, a popular venue for concerts and events, is conveniently located less than three miles away. In addition to the nearby attractions, you'll find yourself within walking distance of a variety of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, ensuring a vibrant and fulfilling stay.

Everything was great. Dish washer waiting on part so had to wash dishes and pool was slightly smaller than expected but fit our family just fine. Owner was very good at communicating and very nice. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. 10 minute Walk to get your morning matcha and then 15-20 minute walk over the bridge of lions for fun in the city! Great location....if driving ..5 minute drive to beaches...5 minute drive to all the great city has to offer!
