"You are paying for proximity to the ocean. The pool was not operating. They wanted to charge us a $15 "resort fee" even though there was no pool use. The rooms have not been updated for a long, long time. It has a 60's decor. I would stay somewhere nicer next time and just drive to the public beach."

"The he beach view was ok. We arrived after 10?pm and were greated with a letter and a room key. Thank goodness we were not elderly as our room was on the third floor with small steps on the outside to access it. I know it sounds petty but there was a half of roll of toilet paper and no extra available. The pictures on line where not exactly what was actually there. "

"Very nice stay. Just want to let future travelers to read all the fine print cuz we did not and had no toilet paper, paper towels, or napkins which made us make an extra shopping trip. Our fault, but was a first for the island. Otherwise great stay. Love the distance to the beach! Would stay there again."

It was clean and well stocked with easy access to the beach and the views from the house picture window and deck were stunning!The location of Pura Vida was wonderful with a quiet residential location and a private beach feel yet close to great restaurants and shops only a mile away. Looking forward to returning soon! Highly recommend this property."

"We had a great time at this property. Loved the layout of the house. The pool was clean and warm. The laundry area was great for storing coolers and also used that fridge for beer and bait. Overall, we were very pleased."
