The Staff were very helpful and nice

The location is excellent, the beach is great. There's a nice restaurant nearby. The room is your typical motel room with a kitchenette. No balcony or private window.

I will first say that the property was top tier when it came to the cleanliness of my room Embassy definitely fell flat. When I first checked in my room it perceived to be clean however after a long drive all want to do is rest. I turn back my bed and noticed the Linen on the bed were not fresh smelled as if the bed was remade and the the sheets were not clean. I asked the housekeeper for new set of sheets unfortunately those sheets never arrived. I waited for hours I finally called the front desk and was told someone will bring the sheets that took some time I finally went to Target and bought a spare set of sheets. The next day I needed towels called front desk and kept getting put on hold, I asked the housekeeper on my floor they never came. Finally spoke to front desk to request towels the young lady took 2 hours to bring towels when she came she had her phone out as if she was recording me to verify I receive the towels which I thought was so weird when I asked her if she was recording me she got nervous and said no but kept asking me was I okay. The next day housekeeping entered our room to service once we left but did nothing but emptied the trash, did not restock towels or freshen up our room. I saw a fully stocked cart in the hallway I took the supplies we needed for our room off of it, serviced and freshened up our room as well as remove the trash for the entire remaining time of our stay I had no time to continue to keep being brushed off by staff
