“The property is just beautiful. Pictures don’t even do it justice. We had our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Although it is farther out on the east end it was worth the drive for the peace and tranquility. We recommend it to everyone looking for solitude and beauty.”

“We were in awe when we arrived. Even at night, we couldn’t believe how beautiful our surroundings were and could not wait to see it all in the morning. Once we settled in, Catherine brought us the perfect meal after a long day of travel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the Villa patio with my parents who stayed in the separate property above the cottage, which also has a pool and a full kitchen. Both properties were peaceful and enjoyable places to drink coffee in the morning and relax after……

“This was our 3rd trip to St John, and 1st trip to House of Open Arms. We love St John, but had always wanted to find a villa with a private pool. Mission accomplished! The sunrises are beautiful, the pool was a fantastic thing to have after a morning at the beach and Catherine does an awesome job as a host. Extremely comfortable and clean villa! Note the walk down to the villa is a little steep - but that's part of the charm. We also love staying in Coral Bay. It's a perfect escape.”

“This spot was delightful and perfect for a couple. While there was an AC in the bedroom we never needed to use it. There were a couple of spots to eat close by so we never needed to cook. There was also some lovely hiking and beaches not too far away. The road to the home is very rocky and am SUV or other high riding car is essential. The owners of the home lives above us, which was not obvious from the description, but we hardly saw each other! All in all a wonderful place”
