Need to really update

Pros: I recommended this hotel only because it is in a good location and the price was reasonable for the area, . It reminded me of a much cheaper hotel.
Cons: UPDATE! This hotel is in a nice area of Westport and I would assume the other hotels in the area are very nice.
We arrived around noon to tell the front desk that we wouldn't be able to check in until after midnight that evening. They did make a note and told us how to contact the night help when we arrived. When we returned I asked if there were any two doubles open instead of the queen. I was given a room and when we walked in there were 2 single beds. It was almost 1 a.m. so we decided that we wouldn't make a stink about this. The air conditioner was really, really noisy to the point where we had to turn it off so that we could sleep. The hotel really, really needs updating. The staff was excellent for all that we asked, except for the double beds.

the 1st room had a non working toilet the 2nd someone had smoked in and the one we stayed in had a running toilet we only stayed because our card had already been charged and we were tired from travel the desk clerk told us when we came back about the 1st room that we should take the top off the tank and jiggle the handle really not my job

We were placed in a handicap room and when we asked for a change of room we were told there were no room available even though there were people allowed to get rooms without reservation.

For the amount of money I spent, I expected more amenities. It's basically a motel,and I've been in nicer motels.

Do not stay here

Cons: Non-smoking rooms are super smoky. There is no computer to print out your boarding pass. Every fixture and doorhandle is loose.
It was cheap, but I will never stay here again. Just pay the money and stay at a better place. You deserve it and it will be worth it.

Pros: W e were able to get a last minute room in a decent area for a decent price
The room 103 was ok the nightstand drawer was broken, the clock radio worked but made such a buzzing noise we unplugged it the bathroom door was split like someone tried to kick it in the front door had damage like someone tried to break in. the cable worked but was extremely fuzzy and the worst part was the sheets seemed to be dirty. The same black curley hair we found on the bathroom floor was found on bed when we peeled back the sheets.

Wouldn't go back. Room was labeled non smoking, smelled horrible. Mildew and smoky smelling. Cobwebs on bed posts. Overall feeling of neglect and dirty

Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed At!

This was honestly the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was disgusting (wasn't cleaned) when I arrived, the hotel management was extremely rude about my predicament and refused to offer any remedies. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
