“The complex is under construction so it had everything that went with that, but it was tolerable. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. All in all the stay was nice. However, after checkout, I noticed a charge on my account. When I called to inquire, they said it was due to a mattress soaked in urine. This was absolutely appalling to me, seeing how it was 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I always toss the beds when we check out of a hotel to make sure we aren't leaving anything behind, and I……
