“This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good……

“Good location, easy covered parking. This is a tired older property currently being renovated. Looks better in the listing pictures than in reality. Worn out sheets and towels. No maid service on our second day of a two day stay. Rooms floors were filthy. Pictures shows a towel I used for a quick foot mop. “Island view” from our “balcony” was of a construction dumpster. Hopefully the property will improve after renovations.”

“The grounds of this place is beautiful! An amazing sunset so peaceful. The inside is fine it’s a classic basic slightly dated hotel room but clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!”

“The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. ”

“Awesome spot. Super quiet building and street with a quick walk to the beach. This was perfect for our dog who is not used to traveling. It was a really comfy home base to come back to after a day of exploring. Would definitely recommend!”
