It was totally worth it! We got the highest room so we had the BEST view of the island. The food is delicious and the fact that breakfast was included, made our stay more pleasant. Clean, the staff was very friendly, Pool, easy parking (at least for us). Recommended!
Such a unique property. Loved the feel and the view. Simple and beautiful.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We had a really great time. The staff was awesome, the restaurant and food were great. And we loved hanging by the pool with great views all around.
The only issue is that our room was quite dated, but that really didn’t take away from the great experience we had.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
A resort fee of $20/person, a pool without any shower facilities, old and dated rooms, broken electric outlets, old bath fixtures, bed sheets that had not been dried completely. The room was below the level of a low-budget motel. The only assurance we received was that the hotel was in the process of being upgraded by new owners. The ocean views are stunning due to its location. Restaurant and breakfast were quite good. Overall, the facility was overpriced and a disappointment.
Do not believe any pictures. They are not what the resort or rooms look like now. We booked the 1 bedroom suite with a balcony.... we had no balcony, there was supposed to be a 4 poster bed with a canopy... we did not have that either. We had a broken safe, windows with no sceeens so we got lit up by mosquitoes and bugs whenever we opened the windows to get the view sounds we should've gotten from our balcony. We kept getting accused literally almost every day of smoking weed in our room when we werent. The breakfast was food but VERY limited options that after a few days (we were there 8) gets a little dull. They only had one vegetarian option for dinner... mediocre grilled veggies and rice at I wanna say close to $30 a place. They charge more for water than beer in the front office. The hotel is in the middle of nothing so be prepared to spend at least $20 to get anywhere worth going and at least another $20 to get back to the hotel. I saw the pool (NOT at like the pics) cleaned maybe 3x that we were there &EARLY the morning then never again so by the afternoon you are swimming with leaves and dead insects. Housekeeping only made beds and changed towels didnt sweep or mop because the same dirt was on our floors the whole time I know because there was a bead from my earring that came of and stayed in the exact same spot on the floor for the whole trip.
All in all a bait and switch. The sell you on the pictures and the view... the view is the only thing you can trust.
We were upgraded ti the Upper Villa, which was very nice. The views from everywhere on this property were incredible! The food was exceptional and the staff were great. The property is older, but is being upgraded. Would recommend and would stay again.
