Do not stay in The Reef. Very unkempt and there’s absolutely no restaurant/bars in this tower, the gift shop sold no alcohol. If we wanted to do anything kid friendly, eat, go to the casino, etc., you have to shuttle over to another tower. It’s very inconvenient when children and/or bigger parties involved. The cushion on the couch was disgusting and the rug looks like it’s NEVER been changed out. Lastly, you will be charged a delivery fee if you order room service; as if this is Uber Eats. The Bahamas is a very expensive place to visit, I accepted that prior to the trip. The least they could do is have a 24/7 shops available selling a wider variety of items and maybe NOT charge a “delivery” fee. I like to also mention, when requesting a new key for a room, they do not check for ID, they just ask for a last name that’s on the room. Seems like a security breach. *I requested a key request to two different rooms while there (to my friends room I was on the trip with). Neither time did I get asked for ID. Only great thing I have to say, access to the beach was easy. And the staff was fairly nice. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

Great place

The room was clean however I noticed a blood stain on 1 of the pillows, I didn’t notice it until the day before check out and didn’t want to go downstair because the wait time was soo long to speak to the front desk agent( I did try calling but no answer) The employees were nice but not as helpful. I had questions and got lots of I don’t know for most of them. I stayed here for 3 nights ( it was my wedding weekend ) prior to booking I read where this hotel does something for occasions.. nothing was done .. I did mention I was getting married numerous of time. I also had a $42 beverage credit with this hotel when booking with expedia. I asked the hotel about it and it couldn’t be located and if i recall i was told to come back later on . I didn’t go back to the front desk due to the long wait time to speak to them. My overall experience was a 5/10.
