Staff are wonderful and amazing! John was very respectful and let us check in early and check out later than usual so we would have a good trip. Chris and Shania helped me plan my proposal to my girlfriend and it could not have gone any better! Treasure was very sweet and helped me with everything I asked for. I had a really bad headache one day and Juan gave me some of his Ibuprofen to help. Marcie was also a great help with getting us a taxi late at night and giving us information about where to go. There was another woman there who helped clean and I wasn’t able to get her name but she was the sweetest and made sure we were okay. The cooks are amazing and the Indian food was the best we’ve ever had! The building is so beautiful and they are always around tending to it and are always around to help you whenever you need it. This is the best place on the island to stay if your in the Nassau.

I have never stayed at a resort where the staff was so friendly and happy. Food was okay but the place is wonder for rest and relaxation.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

We obtained a very nice room upgrade but be aware of the hidden 20% fees and taxes. Front desk was attentive and house keeping was very good. Be sure to insist the porter put your bags in a locker when checking out else will be left outside (lazy). Grounds, beach and staff are amazing but note there are numerous broken lounge chairs along the beachfront - sad and poorly maintained given this high end resort. Walking at night felt safe and an on site Starbucks was perfect! Shuttle buses enabled us to experience all of Atlantis's restaurants, watermarks and casino.

The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill.
