It is a beautiful historic hotel; clean, comfortable beds and a gracious staff.
The hotel lacks amenities and the prices for food and drink are outrageous.
Nassau pretty much shuts down after the cruise ships leave and there is very little to do after that.
Very disappointing and expensive 4 days. We will not be back and cannot recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

The service was exceptional!!! My complaint is about the reservations to the restaurants. I paid a lot of money to stay here to enjoy all the things offered and this was my birthday trip I took solo and could not get a reservation for any of the restaurants offered!! I was stuck with buffets all trip long and the jerk stand. Highly disappointed!!!!!! Also the hot tub was not available it was out of service being worked on they said. I do not stay at hotels that don’t offer a hot tub so this will be my first and last time at this resort. Also this is suppose to be a home away from home… we should be able to control heat in our rooms. I froze all trip!!!! I’m anemic and always cold. The heat is my friend. When it’s in the low 60s wind blowing crazy…. I need HEAT!!! I was highly disappointed about that as well!!! I was given an extra blanket but that is so thin it does nothing. Do better!! Thanks

Clean room. Very friendly staff!! Outlets had good food and the pool was fun. Our only issue was that the pool hours listed and the actual hours were different.
