“Excellent location. Fun small local hotel.”

“Linda was very friendly, made the checkin process smooth and easy, and was welcoming to our dogs. It was a cozy, clean space with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay!!”

“Very comfortable and clean new cabin. Woke up to a huge herd of elk one morning. Deer and fawn the next. Please note I expected a creek. There is NO creek or even trace of while we were there in July/August.”

“Overall good experience. The place is in a quiet area. There is a wedding venue nearby, so when I arrived on Friday I could hear loud music, but it was over before 11:00 pm. The rest of the weekend was very quiet. I loved seeing deer on my porch. One thing I didn't like was pretty dark bathroom, so it was difficult to do make up. Also, lack of any counter space or shelves in the bathroom. As a woman on a long trip I'd like to have at least a small space where I can place my cosmetic bag. ”

“Great location for a home base for hiking, biking and sightseeing. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the evenings.”

“Cute, clean house with a nice little outdoor area!”

“This place was great loved it so much really fun”

“I booked a king forest view room and I got a king room overlooking the roof, office space for skamania, and the parking lot, I did glimpse the tippy tops of trees on the other side of the roof, I guess that’s the forest? I also price shopped and found through Expedia I saved $30 on the room. However, when I checked in I learned there was a 20% surcharge for booking with them that I had to pay. So all around I felt taken advantage of and the worst part was the room was subpar for what I paid. ……

“I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise.”
