- Situated in the vibrant heart of Södermalm—one of Stockholm’s most desirable neighborhoods—this cozy studio is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Step outside and you`ll find a variety of grocery stores, charming cafés, lively restaurants, and boutique shops just moments away. Located in the heart of Södermalm, Stockholm`s best location, This charming studio offers a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Linens and towels are provided, and a self check-in service is available. You`re also conveniently close to a nice grocery store, restaurants, cafés, and shops.
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
No parties allowed: Gatherings and loud activities are not allowed at any time.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No commercial sex work: The property and its surroundings must not be used for paid sexual services, including erotic massages or prostitution.
Please note that violating any of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and potential fines.

There is no TV which is odd. Just a Bose CD player from the 90s. I understand there is no AC, but even with the window open it was significantly hotter in the room than even the hallway. This made it miserable to sleep. What's worse was the bedding and pillows. I ended up purchasing my own. The walls and doors are more than paper thin. Trust that you will here every scrape of a fork on your neighbors plate and every single word spoken outside the door or through the walls. Also, ALL of the doors slam and the elevator is very old school requiring everyone to manually slam the gate and door as well. It's just extremely loud, uncomfortable and no TV...? The only redeeming quality is location. If you have laundry to do, there is ONE machine. You may block off a 2 hour spot, they are only about 4 a day. So plan ahead if you want to do laundry or you could be waiting several days. I would never stay in that specific room again.
